How Topaz Image Upscale works
Open the Upscale creator, select Topaz Image Upscale, and attach one image, either pulled from My Assets or uploaded fresh. Pick 1x to clean up the image at its current size, or 2x/4x to also enlarge it. Hit generate; the server reads the source and the chosen factor, produces the upscaled image, and charges based on the resolution tier the output actually falls into.

By the OUTPUT resolution tier the server measures after the job finishes: up to 2K, 4K, or 8K. The factor you pick and your source's own resolution both feed into which tier the result lands in, so the exact price isn't knowable until generation completes.
