Flashloop Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flashloop and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Flashloop ("Flashloop", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
If you use Flashloop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Flashloop is a software platform that allows users to generate, edit, and create media using artificial intelligence technologies and creative tools.
The Service may include:
- AI-powered video generation
- AI-powered image generation
- Video editing tools
- Access to third-party AI models
- Media processing services
- Subscription-based features
- Credit-based usage systems
Flashloop may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Platform Nature
Flashloop is a software platform that provides tools for generating and editing media using artificial intelligence.
Flashloop does not operate a marketplace and does not facilitate payments between users or creators.
All payments processed through Flashloop relate solely to:
- Subscriptions
- Credit purchases
- Access to software features
Flashloop does not act as a payment intermediary, escrow provider, or financial services provider.
4. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Provide accurate account information
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features of the Service may require users to be 18 years or older.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree that:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You will provide accurate and complete information
- You will not share your account with others
Flashloop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
Flashloop provides tools that use artificial intelligence to generate or modify media content.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, fictional, or resemble real people, places, or events
- Outputs generated by AI systems may not be unique
- AI outputs may contain unexpected or unintended content
Flashloop does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Users are solely responsible for how generated content is used, distributed, or published.
Ownership of AI Outputs
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flashloop grants users the right to use AI-generated outputs produced through the Service for lawful purposes.
However, Flashloop does not guarantee that generated outputs are eligible for copyright protection or exclusive ownership.
Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
Users are responsible for verifying that their use of generated outputs does not infringe third-party rights.
Experimental Technology
Artificial intelligence technologies are evolving and may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or offensive outputs. Users acknowledge that the Service involves experimental technologies.
7. Third-Party AI Technologies
Flashloop may provide access to artificial intelligence technologies operated by third-party providers.
These technologies may be subject to additional terms imposed by their respective providers.
Flashloop does not control and is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or outputs of third-party AI systems.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant Flashloop a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Host
- Process
- Analyze
- Store
- Display
your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and maintaining the Service.
Flashloop does not claim ownership of your content.
Model Improvement
Flashloop may use aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve the performance, reliability, and safety of its systems.
Flashloop will not use private user content to train models in a way that identifies individual users unless explicitly disclosed.
9. Intellectual Property
Flashloop and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, models, branding, and platform infrastructure.
Except for the limited rights granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to users.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
10. Content Responsibility
Flashloop provides tools that allow users to generate media for their own use.
Flashloop does not operate a social media platform and does not publish user-generated content on behalf of users.
Users are solely responsible for any content they create, generate, upload, publish, or distribute using the Service.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Impersonate individuals without consent
- Interfere with the operation or security of Flashloop
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use automated systems or bots that disrupt normal platform usage
Flashloop reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
Platform Abuse
Users may not access the Service through automated means intended to bypass usage limits or protections, including bots, scraping tools, or automated generation systems.
12. Prohibited Content
Users may not use the Service to create, generate, upload, or distribute:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Deepfake impersonations intended to deceive or harm
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activity
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Content that violates applicable laws
Flashloop reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these rules.
13. Synthetic Media and Likeness
Users may not create synthetic media that falsely represents real individuals in a misleading or harmful way.
Public Figures and Real Individuals
Users are responsible for ensuring that generated media resembling identifiable individuals does not violate publicity, personality, or likeness rights.
Flashloop does not endorse or verify representations of real individuals generated using the Service.
14. Content Moderation
Flashloop reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor or remove content that violates:
- These Terms
- Applicable laws
- Third-party rights
- Platform safety policies
15. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
Certain features of the Service require payment.
Flashloop may offer:
- Subscription plans
- Credit-based usage
- One-time purchases
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled.
Credits purchased through the Service are digital usage units used solely for accessing platform features.
Credits:
- Have no monetary value
- Are non-transferable
- May not be redeemed for cash unless required by law
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or mobile app stores.
All purchases relate to digital software services.
16. Service Availability
Flashloop does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
The Service may be suspended or modified for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
17. Termination
Flashloop may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates legal or operational risk

Users may stop using the Service at any time.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Flashloop makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of AI outputs
- Reliability of generated content
- Uninterrupted availability of the Service
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashloop shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Damages resulting from AI-generated content
Flashloop's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous twelve months.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flashloop from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Content you generate or publish
- Violations of these Terms
- Violations of applicable laws
21. Force Majeure
Flashloop shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, internet outages, or actions of third-party providers.
22. Changes to the Terms
Flashloop may modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
