Flashloop Copyright Policy

Flashloop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.
This policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement related to content generated or used through Flashloop.
1. Platform Nature
Flashloop provides software tools that allow users to generate images, videos, and other media using artificial intelligence.
Flashloop does not publish or distribute user-generated content as a content hosting platform. Users are solely responsible for how content generated using Flashloop is used, shared, or distributed.
2. User Responsibility
Users must ensure that content generated, uploaded, or distributed using Flashloop does not infringe the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
Prohibited activities include:
- Generating content that intentionally reproduces copyrighted works without authorization
- Uploading copyrighted material without permission
- Distributing infringing content created using Flashloop
Flashloop may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property laws.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content associated with Flashloop infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including sufficient information to allow us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
4. Submitting a Copyright Notice

Flashloop may review and take appropriate action in response to valid copyright complaints.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
